Through intentional movement, I help you prepare for birth physically not only by focusing on movements that will prepare for labor, but also by cultivating a deeper sense of awareness within your body. The goal is not just preparation, but connection: allowing you to move through pregnancy and labor feeling more grounded, intuitive, and connected to yourself.

The known physical benefits of exercise during pregnancy are powerful: reduced risk of hypertension and gestational diabetes, improved sleep & mood, better circulation & placenta function, support in shorter & more comfortable labors, plus faster healing in postpartum.
Movement is essential to the birth process.

Beyond the physical, movement becomes a practice of intentional connection with your body.
It is a time to turn inward, to listen closely, and to get to know what your body needs in this season. It’s a space to discover what feels supportive, what feels draining, what your body resists, and what it craves.

There is no one-size-fits-all answer to exercise (prenatally or otherwise) but there is always room for discovery.
Spending time intentionally connecting to your body in the prenatal period can serve as practice for when labor begins. Not so that you enter birth with a strict plan for which positions you will use, but so that you can move intuitively and trust that your body knows what it is doing.
Packages Offered
Sessions are tailored to your individual goals, needs, and preferred style of movement, and may include Pilates, full-body resistance training and/or mobility work for labor preparation.
All prenatal and postpartum sessions also incorporate education and support around core and pelvic floor function, helping you move in ways that feel supportive, intentional, and sustainable throughout pregnancy and recovery.
Packages of 1, 5, or 10 sessions available depending on desired frequency of work.
1 Session @ $150
5 Sessions @ $700
10 Sessions @ $1,300
In-Home Private Sessions
Modification Guidance Package
If group fitness is your thing or prefer to continue your solo workouts, but want trimester by trimester guidance on ways you can modify your existing workouts, this option is for you.
This package includes three private sessions scheduled to support you through key transition points:
The beginning of your second trimester
The beginning of your third trimester
Once you have been cleared to return to exercise postpartum
Sessions will include detailed notes of modifications discussed.
In person: $375
Virtual: $200
Virtual Sessions
If home is outside of South Florida, or for weeks that you’re on the road, let’s workout online! $75 per session.

As well as TREMBLE in Coral Gables teaching for the general population.
