Packages Offered
Our sessions will be tailored to your goals and preference in movement, but can include: Pilates, full body strength training, yoga and mobility for labor prep, and/or dance-based cardio. All pre/postnatal sessions will also include discussions on proper core and pelvic floor activation for exercise.
Packages of 1, 5, or 10 sessions available depending on desired frequency of work.

In-Home Private Sessions
If group fitness is your thing or prefer to continue your solo workouts but want trimester by trimester guidance on ways you can modify your existing workouts, this is for you. It includes three private sessions that will take place: (1) the start of your 2nd trimester, (2) the start of the 3rd and (3) once you’ve been cleared for exercise in the postpartum period.
Sessions will include detailed notes of modifications discussed.
In person: $375
Virtual: $200
