About Caitlin
Since 2017, I’ve worked in the fitness world, guiding clients through Pilates, yoga and dance-based movement. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of supporting pre and postnatal clients on their journeys to parenthood. Witnessing this magical and transformative season of life sparked a deep curiosity in me about pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum experience.
My approach to exercise and personal training has long been focused on the mind-body connection; we each have unique needs when it comes to movement which requires us to slow down and listen to our bodies. As a fitness instructor I’ve learned to stay present with my clients and to be flexible, adapting to meet my clients where they’re at.
I come to birthwork with the same intention: to remain flexible and honor the needs of each birthing person individually. My goal is to educate my clients on the birth process and the options available to them, to empower them to trust in their body’s innate wisdom and connect to their intuitive knowing and to prepare them for the physical, mental and emotional transformation that is childbirth.
Outside of fitness and birthwork, I love spending time at the beach, studying astrology, cooking good food and exploring new restaurants with my husband, and lots of cuddles with our cat baby Rosie!

BIRTH SUPPORT
As your birth doula, my ultimate goal is that you feel safe, grounded, supported and connected to your inner knowing. I prioritize finding evidence-based information to support your pregnancy and birth experience, for you to make informed choices. Together we’ll prepare for the mental, emotional, and physical aspects of childbirth and through it all, I’ll be a steady presence by your side.

MOVEMENT COACHING
As a fitness instructor, I offer 1-on-1 sessions designed to meet you where you’re at and take you forward from there. Whether you’re preparing to give birth, recovering in the postpartum period or looking for a deeper connection to your body, I create a personalized movement plan that supports your goals, honors your current stage, and helps you build strength, stability, and trust in your body.
